After having returning to Fandom after she had spent the weekend handwavily at the BPRD, Liz went to her room in a much better mood than she had been on Friday. She hadn't expected anything to happen for her birthday so she had been surprised when Professor Broom and Hellboy had come to pick her up on Friday afternoon following her shift.

She let Blackie out her pet carier and sat down on her bed.
