It was their first Thanksgiving together as a family and even though they had considered going to the BPRD for Thanksgiving this year, they had decided to stay home and have a Thanksgiving celebration. Prompto was busy in the kitchen all morning, putting the finishing touches to their meal as Liz made sure that Noctra was entertained while this was happening - it turned out Noctra really enjoyed the Thanksgiving parade.

And of course Liz was taking plenty of photos throughout the morning as well, making sure to document as much as she could of their Thanksgiving.

Prompto grinned, wrapping his arms around aliz as he went to kiss her back and kiss her again, ending it with a tired sigh and resting his forehead against hers.

"Eat it with a smile as best you can even if it tastes horrible," he said with a laugh, "and if I go on about wanting to do this again next year, for the love of god, stop me."

Liz leaned against Prompto happily, "it smells wonderful, I know it will taste incredible as well," she assured him and she couldn't help but giggle at the last part, "should I put in a reservation with Professor Broom for us to go there for next year?"

"Yes, please," said Prompto, now resting his chin on the top of Liz's head as he just held her for a moment and sighed contentedly in that. "Especially if someone else cooks. We can bring a pie. I can handle a pie.

"I'm glad I did this, though," he admitted,a second later, "at least this once, for our first one with Noctra. Makes it a little more special, you know?"

"I'll tell him we'll bring pie," Liz promised and smiled as she enjoyed Prompto holding her, "I'm glad we got to do this too and Noctra seems to be enjoying it, or at least she's enjoying the parade," she added fondly.
