To say it threw Prompto off a little as he pulled back and frowned toward the door would be an understatement.
"Who would be knocking at this hour?" he asked, and if he ever needed proof that he was old now, that was probably it right there.
It didn't sound urgent, either, so...Frowning deeply, he shifted to get out from under Liz and off the couch.
"Stay here," he suggested, holding out a hand almost protrctively. "I'll go see what's up."
