Liz was currently in her room ~~brooding~~. She wasn't really up for being social, so she was sitting on her bed and playing with Blackie. She had received a letter from Hellboy earlier that day and she had just finished reading what it had said because it had taken her a while to get round to reading it.

Dear Liz,
I thought about coming by to visit you but you know how Pop feels about me breaking out of the BPRD and I figured that you probably wanted something more normal, given everything that has happened to you in the past few weeks.
Life at the BPRD isn't the same without you here, you can definitely tell that Agent Manning favors you. He's reverted back to his usual antics, he pretty much returned to his usual charming self when Pop and I got back after dropping you off at Fandom.
How's things at Fandom? I hope everything's going well for you, remember my offer still stands if someone gives you a hard time.

Liz sighed as she glanced at the letter, she would eventually write a response but for now she was more content to just stay where she was.
